The music industry is one of the largest industries in the world. For many decades now this has been the way and there is no sign of deterioration. This is causing people to favour the downloading of the mp3 more and more and this is causing the need to create CD less and less. This also means that companies' costs are less so they do not need to charge as much to cover them.
