You have to be empowered to surpass mediocrity and achieve greatness.
The awesome thing is that when you're dedicated to attaining your aspiration, you not just empower your self, but you empower individuals you deal with to want more out of life. Empowerment is actually contagious. If you are empowered, other people are encouraged!
