Make sure these goals are written and can be viewed easily. You must make sure that you keep track of the deadlines you set and run your business like a business, not like a hobby.

A very useful tip that I use is, I write down the 5 most important things to do before bed. That way when I arise the next day, I don't have to try to run my business by doing random things. Keep a very detail note of the amount of hours you are putting into your business each week. This will help you determine your profits and how much time it takes you to accumulate your income. This also helps when you are talking to a prospect and you can quickly relay to them exactly how many hours a week you work your business.
